Yuxiang produces toothpaste manufacturing lines and supporting facilities suitable for all kinds of toothpaste production operations. The output of our manufacturing line ranges from 3000000 to 200000000 tubes of toothpaste every year, while capacity of each tube is 50~300g. Besides, our manufacturing line supports various operation modes such as manual, semi-automatic and fully-automatic processes.

In order to ensure the quality of toothpaste and achieve automatic manufacturing, all containers and parts in our toothpaste-making system that come in contact with raw materials or semi-finished products are made from 304 stainless steel. Additionally, the mixer tank adopts mechanical sealing and material is processed in a vacuum with vacuum degree of 0.1Mpa. This provides excellent de-foaming.
